1. Programme Operations & Implementation
- Coordinate and execute training programmes, workshops, and events
- Support development of schedules, timelines, and implementation plans
- Ensure smooth and professional delivery of training sessions
- Handle training logistics including venues, trainers, materials, and registrations
- Prepare programme documentation, checklists, and administrative records
- Maintain accurate participant data, attendance, and programme records
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and vendors on scheduling and requirements
- Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and ready
- Support contracting and administrative processes
