Opportunity Description
1. Programme & Project Management (60% of the role)
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, operationalisation, and execution of Skillseed’s training programmes, workshops, learning journeys, and community engagements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, workplans, trackers, SOPs, logistics plans, and programme documentation.
- Ensure programmes are executed with high levels of timeliness, professionalism, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and related processes to support continuous learning, communication, and participant engagement beyond formal training sessions.
- Coordinate closely with trainers, facilitators, community stakeholders, associates, vendors, and internal support teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
