Opportunity Description

  • Develop and maintain master programmes and project schedules for construction and consultancy projects.
  • Prepare work programmes using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical path activities against approved schedules.
  • Identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation or recovery plans.
  • Conduct impact analysis for design changes, approvals, procurement delays, and site constraints.
  • Assist in preparing tender programmes, project timelines, and construction sequencing plans.
  • Support bid teams with project duration and scheduling analysis.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams on scheduling matters.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and facilitate programme review meetings.
