Programme Manager/Executive

The Programme Manager/Executive position reports directly to the General Manager. This position is accountable for the various programme under the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (National Council of Singapore) and SSVP Ltd. Every programme supports our SSVP mission of serving and journeying with the poor and marginalized – regardless of their race, nationality, and religion. This position has a good balance between administrative and hands‑on work; bringing hope to our beneficiaries for a better life and a better future.

• Responsible for the management of database.
• Manage the procurement, tender evaluations, quotations, and contract administration relating to each programme.
• Liaise with appointed suppliers on deliveries, and follow‑up on any actions required.
