Programmer Analyst (BI)

Job Description
Under the general leadership of the Strategy, Architecture and Analytics director (SAA) and in conjunction with other University areas and external organizations when necessary, the Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst is responsible for providing technical knowledge in Business Intelligence that enables the University to make decisions using current and accurate data by creating the conceptual and logical data models and the translation of the logical model into a physical model. The Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst creates, reviews, and modifies ETL scripts and jobs to ensure accurate data capture and translations for a successful implementation of an enterprise BI solution.

Day to Day:
 • Serve as liaison between the user groups and the SAA team, ensuring the best technical solutions are developed for the University needs.
