Project Accountant

Description We are looking for a Project Accountant to support accounting operations for a Contract position based in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records through detailed reconciliations, careful review of balance sheet activity, and strong general ledger support. The ideal candidate brings a methodical approach, works dependably with minimal oversight, and is comfortable using Sage 300 and Excel to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and project-based assignments.

Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough reconciliations across assigned accounts to ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and current.
• Review and reconcile corporate credit card activity, matching receipts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
