1. The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the overall administration of the Human Resources Team, supporting employees, managers, and the Operations Team, and managing the implementation of ISO Standards, policies, procedures, and programs with strict compliance.
Help the organization develop a strong workforce that supports its strategic plan and goals by developing and implementing best practice HR, management policies and practices, processes, and tools.
