Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices and quotations
  • Organize and electronically file sales and purchase invoices
  • Manage and maintain project documents
  • Coordinate order placement with suppliers
  • Track and manage workers' schedules and leave records
  • Compile pre-show and post-show reports for each project
  • Administer claim sheets
  • Maintain and update company website and social medias
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by managers

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Chinese language as you need to liaise with the project managers who are Mandarin speakers.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project administrative or related roles in interior renovations or construction industry.
  • Strong skills in Google sheet, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
