Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all general project administration
- Provide administrative support to project personnel
- Handle all documentation preparation for projects including sourcing and issuance of Purchase Orders to relevant parties
- Update vendors profiles
- Work closely with Project team to schedule for material and manpower resources
- Coordinate shipment from overseas suppliers to Singapore and export orders
- Read drawings to pick up quantities, perform calculations and assist with quotations
Requirements
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and resourceful
- Computer literate, with knowledge in MS office
- Fast paced environment
- Experience in working in related building materials trade
