Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions and provide support to the project team.
- Prepare, transcribe, and distribute project documents and correspondence including subcontract bases, subcontracts, purchase orders, and official letters.
- Create and maintain both paper and electronic project files in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain and track project information as directed by the project team.
- Follow up with subcontractors regarding project documentation such as claims, certificates, delivery orders, and related paperwork.
- Assist the project team with project closeout coordination and preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Work closely with the Project Director and Project Managers to achieve departmental objectives.
