Project Assistant

Description We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support graduation event operations in California. This is a Contract position within the services industry, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and helping large events run smoothly. The person in this role will work closely with on-site photography teams and event leads to guide graduates, manage flow, and provide hands-on coordination before, during, and after each ceremony.

Responsibilities:
• Support photographers and on-site event leads by helping direct graduates through photo and staging areas in an orderly manner.
• Guide students on where to line up, when to move forward, and where to stand so event traffic remains organized and efficient.
• Verify participant names against event lists and help maintain accurate check-in or call-up tracking during ceremonies.
