What Youll Do
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing event and production projects.
- Support in managing project timelines, logistics, and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution --Provide on-site support during events and activations
- Monitor inventory and equipment needs to prevent delays Help prepare reports, updates, and project documentation
- Assist in enforcing safety and compliance procedures on-site
- Respond to on-the-ground challenges with guidance from senior staff
- Ensure proper turnover of project materials and documentation after completion
