Project Contract Manager – Madrid

Could you be the full-time Project Contract Manager in Madrid? We’re looking for you to apply your Contract Management expertise to cutting‑edge projects and provide leadership in contract/claim management and risk mitigation, including extensions of time, variations, changes and technical leadership in signalling projects.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Project Core Team:
  • Carefully analyze the contract to drive implementation of contract and claim management strategies, protecting Alstom’s interests while meeting business objectives.
  • Monitor projects for contract obligations and support scheduling to meet contractual milestones.
  • Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and manage correspondence with third parties.
  • Record and notify claims/counterclaims, preparing documentation for negotiations.
