Job Description

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will focus on supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The specialist will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project to track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and monitor cost estimates and budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning while proactively addressing issues impacting schedule or cost.
• Create and deliver regular project reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders.
