Project Controls Specialist – Thermal Power Generation Projects

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support cost management, schedule development, progress measurement, and performance reporting for large‑scale thermal power generation engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. This role is critical to ensuring predictable project execution through disciplined planning, forecasting, and controls governance. The Project Controls Specialist will implement and maintain project controls systems, collaborate with multi‑discipline teams, and provide accurate, timely insights that drive informed decision‑making across all phases of the project lifecycle.
