Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Project Administration – Support PMs with scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain project repositories and ensure naming convention compliance
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
- Track project deliverables and milestone completion
- Coordinate project team meetings and logistics
- Documentation Management – Maintain document control per PMO Policy, ensure version control and document approvals, manage project templates and standard forms, archive project documents by retention policies
- Support audit and compliance documentation
- Reporting and tracking – update project status reports and dashboards
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Track change requests and approvals
- Monitor action items and follow up on completion
- Compile metrics and KPIs for PMO reporting
