David Weekley Homes is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Austin team. Project Coordinators provide administrative support to the operations team--including Sales, Construction, Warranty, and Project Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Process sales contracts and closings
+ Manage/apply for all building permits and work with local municipalities
+ Document, track and report on all building permit and start activities
+ Coordinate meetings and team events
+ Maintain accurate electronic files for each home
