Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource plans
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues effectively
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and conduct risk assessments
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor performance
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
