PROJECT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage the execution of civil and structural works, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.
• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and handover.
• Lead the delivery of interior fit‑out and finishing packages, ensuring high‑quality standards and timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project coordination.
• Monitor daily progress on‑site, address technical and logistical issues, and drive productivity.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.
