Duties

• Be the liaison between the company and the client during project execution
• Oversee the safe and efficient execution of projects in the field to ensure schedules and plans are followed
• Develop/Update project schedules as required
• Send out daily project update reports to the client
• Ensure all project costs are captured and the submitted budget is maintained
• Assist with developing quotes for various projects as required
• Develop project methodology statements and execution plans as required
• Ensure manpower plans are adhered to
• Ensure supervisors, general foreman and superintendent are aware of the daily planned activities
• Attend morning kick off meetings with the crew
