PRIMARY FUNCTION

Reporting within the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Coordinator provides oversight and delivery coordination support for the Technology Services workstream in the CIO portfolio. You will help keep Technology Services–supported projects organized and moving forward by coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining project documentation (actions, decisions, risks/issues/dependencies), and supporting clear communication between technical teams, vendors, and operational interest holders.
