Project Coordinator, SEA & Pacific

Primary Purpose of Position

The coordinator will assist and act as a coordinator and assist in the management of selected GT projects in the SEA and Pacific Region. He/she will assist Project Managers on the delivery of projects on time and to a high-quality standard in accordance with project terms of reference (TOR). He/she also will expect to assist the Regional Lead and Operations Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Phase

• Assist in opportunity assessment preparations, BMS compliance requirements forms and creating opportunity codes.
• Update the pursuit.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Regional Lead and/or Operations Manager for Sea and Pacific.

Project Implementation Phase

• Assist Project Directors and Project Managers on Project Compliance documentation to SEA and Pacific projects as needed.
