Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator, Service Operations, you will work closely with Project Managers and other teams, ensuring appropriate resources are effectively allocated to support project delivery. You will ensure that project deliverables align with Ross Video’s standards of excellence and customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Project Management, Solutions Architects, and the Demonstration and Tradeshow Equipment (DTE) team, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in proactively planning services from the point of sale through to completion. The position also involves coordinating internal training schedules and assigning work to both full-time staff and freelance specialists. A significant aspect of the role includes maintaining accurate project data within systems such as Resource Guru, Salesforce and LN Infor.
