Project Coordinator-Window & Door Installation

Vella Glass is a high-end architectural glass installation company specializing in custom windows, doors, and large glass systems on premium residential projects throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can become the operational link between our field team and the office team.

Responsibilities

• Run company Cam (photos, daily updates, job tracking)


• Make sure the crew uploads required info each day


• Follow up on missing photos or notes


• Keep job records organized


• Provide simple daily updates to the team

Requirements

• Organized


• Comfortable following up with field crew


• Basic tech skills (apps, photos, communication)


• Construction experience is a plus, not required
