Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced project management professional from Industrial Parks /

Warehousing sector background to oversee end-to-end execution of industrial and warehouse

projects. The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on project

management skills to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and safety adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead construction activities from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and appoint local vendors having expertise in PEB, MEP, Civil and Interiors for Industrial Parks and Warehouses.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
