PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING ENGINEER

To support new product introduction and product transfer.

To co‑ordinate entire process and product flow from development stage to mass production.

To be assigned to individual customer for product development and engineering support.

To make documentation by defining initial manufacturing process of new products and involving parts/customers’ qualification.

To manage resources efficiently to achieve customers’ satisfaction.

To work closely with production planner in planning and executing product launch plans.

To provide all processes related issues by maintaining process knowledge and issuance of instruction to production on manufacturing.

To liaise with equipment and material suppliers, Sub‑Contractors and production personnel to drive continuous quality improvement and cost.
