Opportunity Description
- Provides assistance in work and financial plans by analysing past and current data and information and conducts research to provide input to the Management for the effective implementation of plans and programs of the agency and assists in the monitoring/evaluation of employees’ performances by overseeing their accomplishments and productivity in order to identify gaps and provide necessary intervention;
- Assist in the preparation of agency reports such as annual accomplishment reports, governance reports, and submissions for national planning requirement
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, planning documents, and compliance submissions for oversight agencies.
- Assist in monitoring the agency’s performance indicators and targets under government performance management systems.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of OPCRs, IPCRs, and other monitoring tools.
