Job Description

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in large scale civil infrastructure projects. They are looking for a Project Director who is experienced in MRT projects.

• Responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects
• Produce the Project Execution Plan and be responsible for the financial viability, on‑time delivery and customer control
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
• Identify possible risks to the project and stakeholders and create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
• Coordinate all site works including third‑party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
