Project Document Controller & EDM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller for our project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage and organize all project-related documents, ensuring they are properly filed, tracked, and accessible while maintaining data integrity and security. This role is crucial for efficient documentation and supporting the smooth execution of the project. Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
• Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System.
• Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
