Project Engineer (2)

Job Brief: We seek a Cost Estimator/Project Engineer to accurately determine the projected expenses, methodology, time, labor, and materials required for various projects. Duties include reviewing blueprints and technical documents, identifying cost factors, calculating estimates, collaborating with contractors, and suggesting cost-saving methods.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

 Preferably with a valid PRC license but not required

 With at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer/cost estimator

 Proficient skill in quantity/cost estimation

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Must know how to drive & with a valid driver’s license
