Project Engineer

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspection, Evaluation Report and Costing
   Inspect/punchlist unit/s for sold, unsold, HDMF, NHMFC and post move-in requests and identify consequential works needed.
   Prepare scope of works and quantification/budgetary costing base on punchlist/inspection conducted, plan/s and specifications.
   Assist in renovation/special projects inspection and documentations as needed.
   Secure materials (if applicable) and contractors.
   Review materials requisition of contractor per award and check stock availability prior to repair work implementation (if applicable).
   Set-up daily activities, materials, labor & equipment. Check schedule of material deliveries to warehouse (if applicable).
   Supervise construction/repair works to comply with FLI standards, plans and specifications.
   Ensures completeness of work with good workmanship within timeframe and quality standard.
