Fletcher Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with experience in road maintenance engineering to join our team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi).About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of construction delivery, road maintenance, and asset management. You will bring structure to planning, coordinate with multiple teams, and make sure handover evidence is complete, accurate, and ready for sign-off. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a road maintenance background who’s ready to broaden into capital works and construction, working closely alongside Zone Managers and Senior Project Engineers.

Plan and programme asset maintenance using 3 to 12 month look-aheads, monthly plans, and daily, weekly and 5-week coordination.
