Project Engineer (Newmarket)

Overview

Due to sustained growth, we are currently looking for a Project Engineer (AutoCAD) to join our team at our Newmarket facility.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating detailed layout design drawings for automated packaging lines.
• Develop client relationships and clearly articulate our technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with all engineering departments to find solutions to complex issues as they arise.
• Be able to organize and clearly document project critical information and support documentation (i.e. cross-sections; products; speeds; etc.).
• Actively participate in presentations on design/scope changes with clients.
• Review customer bid package and specifications to ensure supply requirements.
• When applicable, on-site verification of dimensions and detail may be required.
• Travel to customer facilities, take detailed measurements, generate layouts in AutoCAD.
