Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution Lead multiple engineering projects from conceptual design through to final handover, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  
• Resource & Task Management Prioritize tasks and allocate manpower efficiently to maximize resource utilization and meet critical deadlines.
  Monitor project progress and performance against the plan; proactively address deviations.
  
• Bid & Compliance Leadership Support the preparation of competitive bid tenders for new projects.
  Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
  
• Change & Risk Management Evaluate, authorize, and implement project changes impacting scope, budget, or schedule.
