Manage the full lifecycle from Purchase Order receipt through engineering, production, testing & clearances, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Handle engineered-to-order (ETO) and configure-to-order (CTO) projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities and keep management and customers updated. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to meet customer expectations. Principal Activities Manage the customer orders from receipt to dispatch acting as a single point of contact.
