Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Schedule and monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Estimate costs, track budgets, and control project expenses.
- Plan and manage daily facility operations and maintenance projects.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and AMC contracts.
- Optimize budgeting and resource allocation.
- Show analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Lead and coordinate project teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out works: civil works, partitions, flooring, painting, false ceiling, joinery.
- Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
