Project Engineer (West)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed scope within the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments.
• Attend to daily tasks related to project work:
  • Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, and internal stakeholders from various disciplines; record meeting minutes.
  • Prompt submission of documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc.) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Test as Test Director, working with the internal subject matter expert (Test Commander) to explain the test process, demonstrate test performance with a record of results.
