Project Financial Analyst (Operations Support)

Working Days & Hours: Mondays to Fridays: From 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders to prepare detailed project budget reports at regular intervals (daily, monthly, quarterly) or as stipulated by the Authority.
• Ensure budget planning is aligned with project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update relevant systems and spreadsheets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to accurately capture budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor and track actual project expenses against approved budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Perform financial data analysis and generate management reports comparing expenditure versus planned budgets.
