Opportunity Description
Leads the order management process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment across multiple channels. Drives the digitalization of processes to improve service quality and operational performance.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Own and lead end‑to‑end project and demand forecasting across SEA & FE, including baseline, enriched, and large project / MTO forecasts, ensuring a single, aligned regional demand signal.
- Lead and govern project pipeline‑based forecasting by integrating sales pipelines, key account insights, and market intelligence to drive reliable revenue and supply outcomes.
- Act as the regional functional lead for Project Forecasting Specialists across SEA & FE, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and performance management.
- Drive regional S&OP / IBP alignment for project‑driven businesses, ensuring demand plans are fully aligned with financial targets (ROFO), capacity, and execution constraints.
