- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all construction activities
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Lead coordination with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
- Monitor project progress and reports to Operations Manager and COO
- Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports to the client
- Lead project meetings and provide executive updates to management
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
- Oversee material delivery, usage, and inventory on site
- Review and validate subcontractor accomplishments and billings
- Ensure quality control and proper workmanship at all stages
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
