Project In Charge

Responsibilities

• Plans the overall and specific requirements of the project
• Coordinates with other departments in order to resolve concerns that they may help.
• Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.
• Monitors and controls project performance.
• Turn-over and preparation of project close-out.
• Prepares and submits project operating plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering
• Has strong leadership skills and ability to track progress and quality of work being performed by design and trades
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Architectural of fit-out construction management
• Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD
