Responsibilities
- Providing onboarding and continuous training as and when require
- Task allocation, team coordination, and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with agreed schedules and terms specific by the client.
- Managing and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Processing escalations and ensuring appropriate resolution
- Implementing disciplinary measures when required to maintain professional conduct and performance standards
- Facilitating the billing process and queries
Requirements
- Must possess at least three (3) years of related experience with a minimum Diplomaqualification.
- Experience in Management of outsourced project.
- Experience managing a team handling administrative duties.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work with multiple divisions.
