The Project Management and Change Management Head

Will lead and institutionalize both project and change management practices across MGen’s IT organization, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of strategic technology initiatives aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Governance, this role is responsible for overseeing a team of IT Project Managers and Change Management practitioners, driving governance standards, enabling organizational readiness, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring initiatives are delivered and adopted effectively, on time, within scope, and within budget.
