Opportunity Description
AECOM are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Contract Project Manager with a strong background in Architecture or MEP / Structural disciplines to oversee the planning and coordination of projects during the pre-construction phase. This role is critical to ensuring project feasibility cost effectiveness and readiness for execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-contract phase of multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Coordinate design development across Architectural MEP and Structural teams.
- Develop and manage project briefs design programs and milestone schedules.
- Ensure design output aligns with project scope budget and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for consultants clients and internal stakeholders during the pre-contract phase.
- Facilitate design and technical coordination meetings.
- Provide clear communication of project objectives deliverables and timelines.
