Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in line with contractual requirements, approved scope, schedule and budget.
- Establish project execution plans, schedules and control mechanisms aligned with TAQA / TRANSCO project frameworks.
- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones, deliverables and handover requirements.
- Manage scope control, change management and variations in coordination with commercial teams.
- Authority Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact with TAQA / TRANSCO consultants and client representatives.
- Manage all project interfaces with authorities ensuring compliance with TAQA / TRANSCO procedures, standards and governance requirements.
- Coordinate and track all authority-related submissions, approvals, permits, site access requirements and compliance obligations.
