Cape Fox subsidiary, Eagle Health, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Intake Officer / Project Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while overseeing intake operations, managing workflow efficiency, supporting application processing, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, conducting quality assurance and compliance reviews, preparing reports and metrics, and supporting program sustainment and process improvements.
