We are currently partnering with a leading company in the HVAC sector, part of a multinational group, to recruit an R&D Project Manager. This role is critical in driving innovation, managing cross-functional projects, and contributing to the development and delivery of cutting‑edge solutions within the Commercial Heat Pumps division.
Role Purpose
The R&D Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross‑functional project teams to successfully deliver R&D projects. The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined quality and technical specifications, while proactively identifying and resolving risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
