Responsibilities

Maintains full project ownership in delivering market research projects from commissioning to invoice. Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever‑changing, fast turnaround environment. Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services. Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming, and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.). Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner. Collaborate and support Sales in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business.
