Opportunity Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Japanese language proficiency to manage end-to-end project delivery for Japan-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background (Java or AI technologies), proven project management experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Japanese clients and internal teams
- Communicate, translate, and interpret requirements (Japanese ↔ English)
- Lead client discussions, technical conversations, and project reviews in Japanese
- Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, estimations, SOW, and delivery notes
