Project Manager (Civil)

Managing the programmes from forecasting, cost management, securing profitability of project, to ensuring compliance to specifications, regulations and schedules and evaluation of contractors and suppliers.

• Oversee the planning, implementation of security and safety of the sites and maintenance of the sites and dormitories and assets throughout the project cycles
• Site Activities Management – Plan, manage and coordinate all matters relating to work/construction programmes
• Develop Construction Programmes to meet Contract Delivery Dates
• Monitor, control and ensure projects are carried out according Project Schedule and Budget, etc
• Coordinate with Consultants, Architects and Sub-contractors & relevant authorities and direct construction workers and contractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and manage inventory
